Case Coordinator

Position Overview
The West Yorkshire Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) is looking to recruit a number of Case Coordinators across the West Yorkshire area. The work is challenging and yet hugely rewarding as you contribute towards changing people’s lives, collaborate with partner organisations and promote safer communities. Within West Yorkshire we have strong track record of excellent performance results in reducing re-offending, promoting change and innovation, and a commitment to training and development opportunities.
We have 3 roles available across West Yorkshire CRC. Full time positions in both Leeds and Bradford and a part time position in Wakefield

Our Case Coordinators work alongside Case Managers and Senior Case Manager. They play a key role in helping to monitor service users attending Probation. They offer a comprehensive admin function and responsibilities include data inputting, performance monitoring, dealing with correspondence and telephone calls, maintaining case records, and updating and monitoring various electronic systems. You will be expected to cover reception duties from time to time.

What we are looking for
Knowledge Skills & Experience Essential – A confidence and understanding of IT and use of a computer is essential. Training is provided on our specific systems but a confidence in the use of e-mail, Word, Excel for example is essential. Desirable – Experience in public facing roles is an advantage as there is an expectation that reception cover will be essential at times to support the full-time receptionist when annual leave/sickness etc.
Person We are looking for a person who can work as part of a team and is able to apply themselves flexibly to daily demands as they arise. We are looking for a person who can quickly understand the nature of our work and adopt the values of our organisation to ensure that we deliver a quality service to our service users and the public we serve.
The successful candidate will be located in Spalding, with a requirement to cover Boston. There will also be a requirement to work late night shift
