Hundreds of hours of Community Payback, behavioural programmes and rehabilitative services are delivered to service users each week. We also deliver those services to service users managed by the National Probation Service (NPS). Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) colleagues and managers have the experience and skills to design and deliver services based on our Interchange Model.
Based on the best evidence about how to offending among service users, the focus of Interchange is a personalised approach featuring interaction, interventions and integration into their community and new support networks.
NPS offender managers can refer their service users to CRC Rate card services as part of their sentence plan as activities which count towards the court-ordered Rehabilitation Activity Requirement (RAR) days.
Those in the NPS can easily make a direct referral by selecting the relevant Non-Statutory Intervention (NSI) in nDelius – the official offender case management system. For information about which NSI to use, please see the guidance in the brochure. Eligibility criteria is also included.
